Privacy and security

VeRGenT collects only the information necessary for the agreed project scope. Clients should not submit Social Security numbers, full medical records, claim files, credentials, or sensitive records through unsecured website forms. Any document review must occur through a secure, agreed method after initial screening.

Human authority

VeRGenT may use AI-enabled tools to organize information, detect patterns, identify inconsistencies, and support analysis. VeRGenT does not use AI to make consequential legal, medical, benefits, employment, or agency decisions. Human users and qualified professionals remain responsible for final decisions.

Operational integrity

VeRGenT's Evidence Intelligence doctrine treats system behavior as observable evidence. Model outputs, tool calls, file changes, errors, workflow transitions, and integrity reports should be documented, tested, preserved, and reviewable.

AI governance posture

VeRGenT describes design alignment with responsible-AI principles such as traceability, defined use, testing, assurance, human review, and governability. This website does not claim agency endorsement, authorization to operate, certification, legal approval, or compliance with any specific government requirement unless separately stated in an executed agreement or official determination.

Remote-first operations

VeRGenT serves clients through remote document workflows. In-person meetings are not standard and are available only by prior arrangement, subject to travel expenses, venue requirements, security requirements, scheduling, and project need.
